I am Nava (she/her) a registered clinical counsellor working alongside clients navigating relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, identity, and grief.
I work within an anti-opressive, trauma-informed, and intersectional feminist framework. I hold deep appreciation for the ways our histories, identities, and environments shape us.
I live and practice on the ancestral, stolen, and unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. As a counsellor, I recognize the ongoing impacts of colonization within mental health systems and am committed to practicing in ways that support decolonizing counselling, honour relational accountability, and create safer, more culturally responsive spaces for healing.
